Search for TPM in settings and see if it's spec version is 2.0 and make sure you enable secure boot from the BIOS settings. If all good, then you should get windows 11 update. firstly, make sure your windows 10 is activated as Home or Pro.

Oh that's terrible to happen. But the KB has to be changed, there's a lot of work to do. It's surprising that the whole unit was not spoiled by the liquid damage. If they are reputed, then you can go for it. Or you can connect an external KB with the unit and work with it.

The latest version would be 96.0.4664.77. If you're looking at 94.0.4606.124 try updating, if it's not updating, maybe your device has stopped receiving updates because the device could be old for new updates, or wait untill update goes wide for all Chromebooks.

Then go to BIOS by tapping F2 on boot and load default settings by going to the exit menu on BIOS and then save…

Tried long press power button for 20 seconds without charger? Tried F2 to get into BIOS while booting and loading default BIOS settings? If those didn't help, also try reinstalling the battery drivers, both for adapter and battery, simple, uninstall device only, don't check the drivers on the next screen. Once it's done,…

Why not? If the monitor can do a 144Hz/165Hz, you can use any monitor that does it. when you plug into the HDMI or DP from the laptop, you get a direct connection from the GPU, so you can do it, + you can see massive boost on the FPS than the Laptop's screen.

@mrmurphy Do you have the specs of the PSU? can you help me with the first ten characters of the your SN as well? You can definitely swap the GPU, my friend. PSU plays a role in distributing power to the high end gpu. for example, low profile like 710 GT doesn't need power cable plugged in, but RTXs does. I hope it gives…

As those unit comes with different Specs, please help me with the specs you've got, you can swap your Nvidia graphic and with your Radeon R9 360, you just had to install the drivers for the AMD GPU, that's it. Why don't you upgrade to a better one instead of balancing the rig to run latest games?

Try checking for Sound video or game controllers frm Device Manager. Try to check for updates. Go to BIOS, but tapping F2 while boot. Tap F9 to load default BIOs settings, and then Tap ENTER to confirm. Then Tap F10 and then ENTER to save and exit. You can also do this by going to EXIT tab on BIOS menu.

@PeterB72 The computer meets the requirements for the EVO classifications, but it is so mysterious was not mentioned as Intel EVO i5-1135G7. Call out the Acer store support and just ask if this is EVO certified, but I believe it is.
