A couple of days ago I took out my charger while using my laptop and it gave me a low battery signal and soon later died. Ever since then it wont charge, it will just show up as 0% available(plugged in) while my charger is in my laptop. I have tried troubleshooting my battery, turning my latop off then back on, and checking if my battery drivers were up to date. Nothing is seeming to work. What is the problem? Please help me with this issue please.

Tried long press power button for 20 seconds without charger? Tried F2 to get into BIOS while booting and loading default BIOS settings? If those didn't help, also try reinstalling the battery drivers, both for adapter and battery, simple, uninstall device only, don't check the drivers on the next screen. Once it's done, restart the unit. See if that works, if not, then the unit has to go for repair, possible battery replacement.

    Hi @ Seperationdx

Acer Nitro systems that have the AC adapter connection on the back use an improved AC adapter connection that helps secure the AC adapter. The adapter may feel like it is fully inserted, but requires a secondary push to fully seat the connection. You should hear a slight click when the AC adapter is fully inserted. Once the adapter is connected, make sure you orient it horizontally so it does not interfere with tilting this display as shown in the image below.
