How to clean textured plastic on TravelMate P215-52

Hey community!
Do you have any tips or recomendations on how to clean the plastic surface on the TravelMate P215-52?
If you try to clean it with a commonly recommended method of a microfibre cloth and warm soapy water, streaks remain on the textured surface.
Even using rubbing alcohol leaves streaks that do eventually disappear but leave a residue behind.
Dust and debris get stuck in the micro texture and is extremely irritating so any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Clean a computer and keeping it that way is hard. you first have to use a dry cloth to wipe out dusts and dirt, then spray Mr.clean on a clean lint free cloth and wipe the body of the computer. then use a microfibre cloth on it in a circular motion, again, again and again. use a clean microfibre cloth again in horizontal or vertical direction only, don't mix the stroke. You'll get a desired result and then you'll start using the unit, polluting it with your fingerprints. Goodluck.
