If you power it completely off, then back on, does it go to the same screen? If so, you may try using recovery media. If that doesn't fix it, repair may be your best option.

Sometimes a keyboard may function before Windows loads and allow you to hit F2. I have seen instances where people can get into the BIOS and use the keyboard, but it stops working when Windows loads. If you can't use F2 to get into the BIOS, I suggest you contact technical support to create a repair order.

If both monitors did the same thing, they are probably not the problem. Are you sure you card can push 144Hz? I don't see anything showing that it can.

It wasn't Acer, it is like this on many android devices. There are lots or workarounds on other android forums. Just search installing apps to SD cards in google.

This is a Windows error and doesn't mean there is a problem with the monitor. It is probably something with your specific configuration. I googled the error and see other users reporting this with Saphire cards. Do you have the latest drivers installed for your card? Were you having this problem before going to Windows 10?

Does the notification say Acer Live updater or Acer Care center? If so, you should be able to install the update and it won't prompt you anymore. Is there a checkbox that says something like "don't show this message again"?

I updated my system to Windows 10 and it was not on the list. I think the list is only for systems that Acer plans on releasing Windows 10 drivers for (don't quote me on this because it is just a guess). Luckily, Windows 10 seems to recognize most of the hardware with no problems. If you upgrade to Windows 10 and something…

The easiest way to clean the keyboard is to get a can of compressed air and use the straw to blow out the keyboard. You probably want to hold the computer upside down when you do this to make sure anything in the keys falls out of the computer and doesn't go inside it.

Maybe try the suggestions on the link below, or try refreshing your installation of Windows. http://www.reviversoft.com/blog/2012/11/a-guide-to-blue-screens-of-death-dpc-watchdog-violation/

Have you tried adjusting your power management settings in Windows? Are you sure you are using the original adapter that came with your computer? If it is, you may want to try another charger to see if that is the problem.

Does it recognize USB flash drives or a standard USB mouse? It is odd that it would charge the phone, but not connect it to transfer files. If it doesn't recognize a mouse or a flash drive, the port has failed and is not working.

Sounds like stuck pixels. You can try the steps on http://www.wikihow.com/Fix-a-Stuck-Pixel-on-an-LCD-Monitor to see if they help. If that doesn't fix it, check with Acer about repair.

I don't think this option is available for USB keyboards, but I'm not completely sure. Maybe someone else will have a better idea about if this is possible.

Did you buy the system with Linux on it? I suggest you contact Acer and get some recovery media to restore your system.

I think there is an update that helps with the touchpad responsiveness. See if the link below helps. http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/32968/

Not sure about the touchpad issue. You may try loading different drivers posted on the Acer site to see if that helps. In regards to the rotation issue, make sure you auto rotation is on. I think Windows 10 sets it to off by default. Try the instructions on http://acer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38171

What brand and model router are you connecting to? Is the router set up to use 5ghz?

The computer should work with the AC adapter even if the battery is dead. The only way to tell if the problem is with the adapter, or with the port on the computer or the mainboard would be to try a new charger.

Not sure why your player would have stopped working. The easiest solution would probably be to download VLC media player. It is free and can play almost any kind of file. If you really want the Acer Video player, you could try to go to Acer recovery management software, and see if you can reinstall the program, or use…
