SYMPTOMS
A recent update may cause the Acer AC710 Chromebook to not boot properly. Your system may boot to a white screen with the Chrome logo, or to a flickering or flashing Chrome login screen.
SOLUTION

- Write down the model number at the bottom of this screen.
- After you have your model number, create a USB Recovery Flash Drive for your Chromebook.
- Reinstall the Chrome OS with your USB recovery drive.
