NitroSense error message may prevent installation of the operating system - Acer Community
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-id="this-article-only-applies-to-acer-nitro-models">This article only applies to: Acer Nitro models.<br></h3> <p>SYMPTOMS </p> <br><p>Your computer may display the message "Sorry! This computer is not supported" during the installation of the operating system. This can occur if the system model name is incomplete. You can view the system model name in the Acer Care Center application, or in the CMOS setup. The model name must include the word "Nitro" as shown in the image below.
