For now, just see if gparted can see sdb and its partitions. There is one other trick you might try at the point in the ubuntu installation when you get to the screen shown below. On some newer ACER & Dell laptops, folks have reported simply closing the screen lid (to simulate sleep mode for a minute or two), then reopening the lid (to simulate waking the laptop), suddenly causes the missing drive and its partitions to appear on the ubuntu installation screen. This suggests it's related to BIOS firmware.  Jack E/NJ

I tried gparted usb in windows boot. But the usb could not be recognized in F12 options.

I will give it a try and let you know. The screen closing.

Do you mean the lid closing trick didn't work either? How about if you momentarily press the power button to put the laptop in sleep mode? Jack E/NJ

These are the images from gparted. It got stuck in first screen after setting the first option. Which is geparted live default settings.

Yes, I tried the closing the screen lid for 5 sec and it displays the hard disk partitions. After that, I installed ubuntu 20 on it successfully and restart the system.
It shows the grub-like screen to ask the boot options
    1 ubuntu
    2. was something
    3. Windows 10 boot manager
    4 UEFI settings

I tried the windows 10 option to check if windows working. and it was working fine.
Then tried with ubuntu option It displayes errors about "initramfs" errors like in the pics.
So I have to install windows again.

    >>>So I have to install windows again.>>>

Stop. Hold on! The Windows installation should be able to be repaired from the command prompt on from the troubleshooting advanced section of a Win10 USB installation stick. Jack E/NJ

Windows was working fine. there was no issue in windows. but when i select the "Ubuntu" from boot up options it shows "intiramfs error". and searching for /dev/sd[a or b]. I was tired so I format the windows with fresh copy.

Sorry, when you said >>>So I have to install windows again.>>> I thought you meant Windows not Ubuntu.

That can be fixed too. Boot from the Ubuntu or Gparted  stick again and go to the terminal command prompt. At the terminal prompt, enter 'sudo boot-repair'. Then try it again. Jack E/NJ

@jackE Are you sure about this error. Because I have to do all these things again. and its time-consuming.  also I tried the fsck /dev/sd[a or b and 1-6 numbers] -f -y command but nothing happened and same error occurred.

What do you mean!!!!??? What error do you think I'm referring to? You said you already formatted and reinstalled Windows? It's a little late to run Boot-Repair on the ubuntu installation after formatting the drive. Jack E/NJ

I consult this error with a guy who did work on this long time and said this will not be repairable through "boot repair" commands. Because it is not finding the hard disk. which is /dev/sda or /dev/sdb. from "fsck /dev/sda or sdb " command.
That's why I was confirming once again from you that are you sure about the "initramfs error".

When the initramfs error appeared, did you try putting the laptop into simulated sleep mode again by closing the lid? The error is for the RAM file system probably related to the original optane configuration. What do you mean by "2. was something"??? What was the 'was something'??? That may allow us to enter terminal command prompt and run sudo boot-repair. Jack E/NJ
