start ur labtop in safe mode , go to device Manager, remove ur graphic card with driver. Restart . download lastes graphic card driver only in acer website . install and check if it still giving same bdos.

sounds like the Nvidia driver crashing with other drivers . if you can upload minidump here we can check which driver causing the crash . posible solition is use some old driver of graphic card and check if its still crashing.

check event viewer ( right click to start icon and click on event viewer ) Windows longs and right click on system do a filter to critical erors . Press okay and take a secreen shot. upload here so we can figure out whats causing the shut down.

maybe you optimized ur battery . when its full its not charging until battery drop down to %10 percent.

did you download nitro sense from acer drivers on ur labtop page ? if not download it and start it . youcan see fan modes there . change settings to auto and balanced . if its helps Press hit the like button.

yes i run W11 troubleshooters no problem chkdsk ,scannow ,memtest86. all working fine . i will check the event logs when im home. or i will sent it to warranty . im sure its ram slots causing it

i close from taskbar. sometimes its not shutting down keyboard leds stays on and fan working but secreen went off only that time i shut down from power button.
