Problem with laptop AN515-54 sometimes the game just freezes and turns off.

Hello I have a problem with my laptop, many games do not start even though it has good specifications, sometimes there are these errors and sometimes the game just freezes and turns off. Please help, I don't know what to do, I'm at a loss

    I have a few questions for you:

    • Does the laptop heat up and fans are loud when the laptop is idling or playing games?
    • What error does it show up when you try to start the game?
    • Does the game or the laptop turn off when you start the game?

  • Hi @MeRsEK what version of Windows do you have installed at the moment?

    Are all the drivers provided by Acer and Windows Update or have you installed any from other pages such as the device manufacturer?

    You should only use drivers provided by Acer or Windows Update.

    It is important to know the content of the error messages.

    hi @Alejandro_AC i use windows 11 and i have all drivers updated

  • Can you comment on the text of the errors?

    A blockage or shutdown can also be determined by excess temperature. Have you already checked the temperatures with Nitro Sense?

    Have you tried setting the power mode to "balanced" or "economizer" and see if the problem occurs in games? This mode delivers less power and could be used to determine if it is a temperature problem.

    CPU 90 deegres GPU 70, errors have no description just crashes the game

    Check Task Manager Performance tab, memory: How much of the 16GB RAM installed is available does your memory used (graph) sometimes show 90%?

    check event viewer ( right click to start icon and click on event viewer ) Windows longs and right click on system do a filter to critical erors . Press okay and take a secreen shot. upload here so we can figure out whats causing the shut down.
