Guidance for Upgrading the ME Firmware
Step 1: Check if your system is AMT provisioned or not.
If your system is not AMT provisioned, go to Step2 and upgrade the ME firmware directly. If your system was AMT provisioned, follow below instructions to unprovision the system before upgrading the ME firmware: 1-A. Unzip INTEL-SA-00075_UnprovisioningTool_1.0.0.0025.zip to C: and then enter the folder. Run "msiexec.exe/i unprovisionToolInstaller.msi /qn" in Administrator mode. 1-B. After unprovision complete, reboot your system. 1-C. Run "msiexec.exe/x unprovisionToolInstaller.msi /qn" in Administrator mode to uninstall the tool. Step2. Upgrade ME Firmware
2-B. Choose one of the below environment to upgrade the ME: Upgrade in DOS Boot into DOS and find the ME upgrade package → FWUpdate → DOS → Execute Flash.bat
Upgrade in Windows (Intel AMT(ME) driver required): Boot into Windows and then launch command line with Administrator Authority, find the ME upgrade package → FWupdate → Win or Win64 → Execute Flash.bat or FLASH_x64.bat
Upgrade in UEFI Shell: Boot into EFI shell and find the ME upgrade package → FWUpdate → EFI64 → Execute Flash.nsh.
2-C. Once the ME upgrade completed, reboot your system.Step 3: Re-provision your system

Appendix A: Check if your system is Vulnerable or not
Download and install the Intel-SA-00075 Discovery Tool: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26755 The tool requires:
Microsoft* .NET Runtime 4.0
Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10
Local operating system administrative access
Double click the “Intel-SA-00075 Discovery Tool” icon on desktop
