The applications may freeze or not recognize the microphone or camera properly. Google is aware of the issue and will release an update to resolve it in Chrome OS 85. You can use the steps below to temporarily resolve the issue.</p> <ol><li>In the Chrome browser, type <b>chrome://flags</b> and press <b>Enter</b>.</li> <li>In Search flags, search for <b>WebRTC hardware.</b> Set both <b>WebRTC hardware video decoding</b> and <b>WebRTC hardware video encoding</b> flags to <b>Disabled</b>.</li> <li>Reboot your machine.</li> </ol><meta content="BU202006240001"></meta> </article> </main>
