This article only applies to: Predator models
If the message "Sorry! This computer is not supported" appears during the installation of the operating system, then the system model may be incorrect. You can view the system model name in the Acer Care Center application, or in the CMOS setup. The Product Name must include the word "Predator", or the model name is incorrect. The operating system will not finish the installation unless the model name matches the criteria embedded in the application.
The model name will need to be updated at an approved Acer service center. Please contact our Customer Service for additional support
