Let me explain the issues in different scenarios....
(1) Without any Hard drives
(2) With OS installed HDD only
(3) With blank SSD (brand new) only
In all the above conditions....
(a) Win10 v.1511 Flash drive plugged:
SECURE BOOT (Enabled):
SECURE BOOT (Disabled):
(b) Win10 v.21H1 Flash drive plugged:
SECURE BOOT (Enabled):
SECURE BOOT (Disabled):
With HDD and without any bootable installation flash drive plugged:
