I was having same problem with my acer laptop and guys it was faulty keyboard messing around. Pause/Break button was somehow constantly pressed, after taking that button out and slightly brushing the underneath membrane it got resolved.
if you are still facing same issue id suggest before doing anything check your keyboard.
Easiest way to check your keyboard is to search for key test on google.

Like I said it was a keyboard issue I found the solution on Youtube some indian guy posted it there and I managed to solve the issue.
The issue was that the keyboard was short circuiting and automatically shutting down my pc I fixed this by hooking up a USB keyboard and deactivating the keyboard/on off button by opening the laptop and taking out the connector inside of my laptop.
so it's 100% a keyboard issue I have had 0 problems after that.
