    Make sure D2D option is enabled in the BIOS Main tab. If it is, you might be to slow with the ALT+F10 combo. IMMEDIATELY after turning the machine on, hit the ALT+F10 combo. Don't wait for the ACER logo to appear or it'll be too late. Jack E/NJ

    @JackE okay I finally got around to do a reset on windows, do I want to select”just remove my files” or “fully clean drive”?

    Yes, as long as you backed up, erase everything is arguably the best way to rule in or rule out a hardware issue. Jack E/NJ

    I tried alt f10 but it wouldn’t go into it so I’m going to have to do it through windows settings when I get back.
    @OGMike If ALT+F10 didnt worked (bare in mind this has to be done before the predator logo appears you have to hold ALT and keep pressing F10 to get into the recovery) that means what @JackE stated above your acer recovery partition is gone (because probably you or someone else installed windows again via usb drive on top of the acer stock recovery windows and formatted everything) if this is the case you cannot go to acer factory windows anymore unless you cloned your drive into another one before this was done

    Still haven’t tested my PH315-51, but I ran into a problem with my g3-572, it’s pretty much having the same issue, I was playing and I got a blue screen, “WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR”, I looked into my reliability monitor and it appeared to be a memory dmp, relaunched the game and crashed again but with a black screen and restarted just like my PH315-51, checked again, and it was a KernelLiveEvent 141 🙃 looks like I have to troubleshoot two laptops!

    Hark!?! Did I just hear another echo? Try to cut back on the amount of power-hungry devices plugged into these poor laptops under heavy loads. I think your power supplies are being taxed to near their output limits. These aren't gaming desktops with power supplies that are 3-4 times bigger. Jack E/NJ

    I keep trying to test this theory, and all i have plugged in is my mouse, headset and charger. I don't think these two peripherals would draw so much that my laptop runs out of power. Who am i to say, im new to this laptop gaming stuff, i have a gaming desktop, but I have set it off to the side for now until i can get some parts for it, which will be in almost a year from now, due to me deploying in November, which is the whole reason I got the laptop. Hopefully I will have a fix before my time comes to deploy, because I really don't want to get another laptop just to have a reliable gaming platform for my down time when i'm gone.

    I got Nvidia Inspector, so I can monitor my card while playing, from what I have read up on it seems to be a card issue, whether it is driver issue, faulty card, or I’ve even seen where the card will randomly go into P8 mode and cause issues.

    @JackE yea that is something that i probably should do, I will contact one of my local repair shops and see if they can apply it for me.

    Doesn't sound like much. When it hits P88 mode, you're probably gonna see some serious stuff happen!    :) Jack E/NJ

    Honestly starting to regret getting a Predator, probably should have researched more on these things before I bought one, I didn’t think I would have so many issues, out of TWO laptops

    @JackE I had a support tech from Microsoft go into my laptop, he updated both my CPU and GPU drivvers off OneDrive, the installed just fine, and i dont see the error anymore.

    Are you sure you don't mean "I don't see the error yet"?  :) What driver version numbers? Are they visible in Device Manager? Jack E/NJ

    @JackE let me check.
    26.21.14.3086 that is driver version
    Now all i see is some warnings for DistributedCOM and some MSInstaller errors, which that is due to Predator Sense not downloading properly.
