@SabirHuseinn Do you see the new SSD info in the BIOS? If so, there is no OS on the new SSD yet. You will need to install Windows to that SSD.

@Somoud That should fix the missing internal SSD problem. Glad that you have found out!

@Somoud What is the size of your laptop SSD? The disk 0 might not be the internal SSD since it is showing a total of ~120GB

@rajib_77 Acer has just released the 1.18 version. Did you try it out?

@EnderUser_ You can use a soft brush to clean the charger and the charging port. Make sure the laptop is off and the charger is not plugged into the outlet. Or try pushing the battery reset pin at the bottom of the laptop.

@LCGaming2000 This model has 1 removable RAM slot so I assume there is 4GB of soldered RAM. Maximum memory supported is 12GB which is 8+4GB.

@Somoud Are you installing the Windows to the external SSD or the internal one?

@Rum Then try this: turn off the laptop, disconnect the charger, and hold the power button for 15 seconds. This will reset the power of the laptop.

@Atexor Use a soft brush and clean out the RAM slot. Make sure that the battery is disconnected before cleaning the slot. Also, try to wait for 1-2 minutes after installing RAM to that slot.

@ei9090 You can use an ethernet to USB adapter. It will work fine.

@Rum Make sure that the GPU is not overheating.

After creating a Windows installation USB, replace the new SSD back, boot into the USB, and follow the procedure to install Windows onto that SSD.

@3xct2 The new SSD does not have Windows installed yet. Put the old SSD back in and create a Windows installation into a USB.

@zbraven You can try to find a motherboard repair shop to diagnose the motherboard.
