Your laptop doesn't have an infrared camera, so the solution is to buy an infrared camera.

There should be USB ports in the back.

It means that your laptop has a normal webcam. Windows Hello Face requires an infrared camera, which you don't have.

Windows never supported DTS. You had DTS because your old Veriton X275 came with a DVD burner which came with cyberlink powerdvd which had DTS.

Go to task manager and go to the startup tab and make sure the DTS audio service is enabled on startup.

If your webcam has a focus problem, then you pretty much has to replace it.
