  • There is a possibility that this is being caused by windows update 1709, you could try doing a system restore to undo the update if you can see when the update took place OR I would suggest you to call the Acer technical support team and have the issue reported as the unit should be under warranty
  • Sounds like you are in TABLET mode (new feature of Win10). Right click your Notification icon in lower right try & Open Action Center. Then click (turn off) the TABLET MODE. That should do it.
