Hello, a problem with my new computer Acer Predator Helios 300 need help to solve it!

i bought from amazon my laptop about half year ago and i starting to have some lines while...
I have Youtube video that show my problem.
I noted that when i take the computer out from the charger it runs the games without lines but with much lower fps.
Maybe you know how to fix it.

    The lines may indicate that your charger is not isolating the AC mains very well. Or the mains outlet you are using is on a noisy circuit.  Try plugging the charger in another AC outlet preferrably in another room or house to see if the lines disappear. Jack E/NJ

    Try connecting a different charger and see if the issue persists ( you could take the unit to a local store and try a charger over there). If the issue persists you could call Acer Technical support and have them take it in for a repair as the unit should be covered under 1 year standard warranty (if it is not a refurbished unit).
