Chromebook r13 fell broke charging cord and port what should i do?

    I would suggest you to call the Acer Technical Support team to check the kind of warranty you have, regardless of the kind of Warranty Acer can take the unit in for a repair but it will be chargeable as a standard warranty will not cover the damages, if you have damage coverage on your the device Acer will repair it free of cost.     It's going to have to get serviced and unless you have some sort of damage insurance it'll be on your dime. Likely the bottom case will need to be replaced as well as the charge port since it looks to be bent. If the charge port is directly soldered to the main board they'll want to replace the main board. If it's on a separate daughter card it'll be cheaper since they'll only need to replace that. You can contact Acer support and they usually have a flat rate for repair. I'm not sure if it'll be better to repair or replace. :(
