CEG-Orochi, as far as I can tell, needs to be re-applied after every reset of your computer. This is probably why it stopped working. I havent encountered this issue before, but from what I can tell, the above mentioned fix is the only thing going right now for most machines with this issue.

Yes. Be sure to open your computer up first and count the number and types of connectors on the existing power-supply and add in the ones you need for any expansions you are doing (I am assuming a GPU upgrade), before shopping for a new one. (They all have different configurations.)

Your power supply is only 220 watt, so pay attention the the wattage needs of any gfx card you are eyeballing. If the gfx card needs more than 220 watts, you will have to upgrade that as well.

I cannot speak for the partition, as that would be platform specific, and I am not sure what Acer did there. (More than likely it wont be an issue...and if you break it, you can just reinstall)

I believe it is telling you that the new Bios file is too large for the ROM on your motherboard.
