How do I create a picture password on my Windows 8 PC?

You can personalize your Windows 8 computer with a picture password. A picture password is more secure because the combinations are infinite.

Use the following steps to create a picture password on your Windows 8 PC.

Press the Windows () key + C, or swipe in from the right edge of the screen to open your Charms.
Select the Settings charm, and then click Change PC settings
Tap or click Users.
Under the Sign-in-options, tap or click Create a picture password and follow the on screen instructions. A password is required to set up a picture password.

If you forget your picture password, you can click or tap Switch to password to enter your text password.
