How to Power Reset the Acer Iconia P10 and M10 Android Tablets

The Acer Iconia P10-11 and M10-11 tablets are equipped with a power reset pinhole, which provides a convenient way to restart the tablet without losing any data. If you have problems getting your tablet to power on or off or the tablet is frozen, you can utilize the power reset pinhole to initiate a device restart. Follow the instructions below to perform a reboot on your Android tablet.

How to Power Reset the Iconia P10 and Iconia M10 tablet

Locate a small paperclip and unbend it so you can use the straight end.
Gently insert the paperclip into the reset hole labeled with the number 1 in the illustration below and use it to gently press the reset button.
Wait for your tablet to restart and power on. You should now be able to use the device normally again.

Note: The number 5 shown on the diagram above is the microphone. You can damage your mic if you attempt to use this hole to restart the tablet.
