    adarshm4you do not use XTU its just intel crappy/buggy software use TS its the true and only undervolting software  (intel only ryzen mobile cannot be undervolted )check the first post and download the conf (if its not there get the previous gen and keep tweaking it manually) and also dont forget to optimise your windows properly first undervolting wont do much if windows its not optimised good luck

    Ok thanks for replying. I will try it. One more doubt, is overclocking display cause any issues for long use?Will it consume more power? 60HZ to 90HZ

    adarshm4you i dont recommend overclocking it after you do it theres no way back and your display life span will decrease by a lot best upgrading to 120/144hz or buy external

    Errrrmmm... I just did exactly as the start of this thread said, downloaded folder on link in google drive, extracted to my documents and hit exe on throttle stop and my computer froze... the cpu I have and the file I downloaded is for the 7700 HQ (checked in hwinfo to be sure).

    How do i transfer these configurations to the latest version of throttlestop???

    Okay, again I tried throttlestop. Computer freezes completely, have to hold power button to shut it down and restart. I thought maybe it's because the file is 2017 so I downloaded the newest throttle stop and replaced the application file and still same thing. Simply using throttlestop by itself from downloading it off their official site and not having all the other files from your google drive in the folder allows me to start up throttlestop, but I have no idea what I'm tweaking in there.

    I just follower the guide with the most views on throttle stop by kevin shroff on youtube and no problems so far with throttlestop. About 10 fps drop (96 to 86) on one game in exchange for 10 degree lower temps (71°). Notice cpu used to always be used only 30 to 50%, now up to 70% on predator sense. Game I was running is doing 99-100% of gpu.

    Gaudeamus i youre on the latest win10 update u need to use the latest TS version and its completely normal to loose some fps youre locking the cpu to a lower clock in order to lower the temps thats the main purpose of ts u need to sacrifice some fps for better temps also TS has nothing to do with the gpu whatsoever  if u need to undervolt/overclock the dgpu properly u need to do it via msi ab curve ad its completely normal for the dgpu to be used 100% depending on each game optimisation if badly optimised as many out there including cod, rust etc there will be much more usage you have to also bare in mind that even if the conf was tested for that particular cpu doesnt mean that it will work properly its the silicone lottery even the exact same cpu model doesnt behave the same way some support more udervolting some less its a hit and miss u can also check my signature for the yourtube channel with the TS undervolt/tweaking video

    adarshm4you yes thats the TS conf for that cpu also TS has nothing to do with the DGPU if you want to undervolt/overclock the DGPU use MSI AB and no no matter what anyone told u undervolting does not harm anything in fact it will increase the hardware life span by using less power with the same efficiency and less heat but you need to optimise your windows properly first and in some cases dur the the bad stock thermal paste repasting with kryonaut or similar if you can without voiding your warranty its the only solution  good luck :)

    @xapim
    There's a new version of ThrottleStop 9.0 now.
    Any idea how i can use the exact i7-9750H Config with the newer version?
    Also the K5-Pro Paste for the vrm's arrived. I wonder how it will work on the 2019 Helios 300.

    ArchDevil should work just fine on any versions just copy the conf and let us know the results on the vrm thermal paste technically shouldnt change any temps regarding cpu/dgpu :)
