How do I get my registered product to appear in My Products?

Support has assured me that my Aspire is registered and under warranty. However, I cannot access the information under my AcerID. When I contacted Support concerning this issue, I was told that it would take a few days for the information to propagate to the site. It has been over a week. Any suggestions?
