Support has assured me that my Aspire is registered and under warranty. However, I cannot access the information under my AcerID. When I contacted Support concerning this issue, I was told that it would take a few days for the information to propagate to the site. It has been over a week. Any suggestions?

It is already registered...It just does not show under My Products.
Is there any chance there are two Acer IDs?
I couldn't have created two with the same info...the site would not have allowed use of the same email address. Support says it is registered under my email address.
Then I'm at a loss to explain it. Support is the only ones who can change it through, so you will have to work with them on it...
