All of the previous solutions didn't work for me.
But i found one useful:
1) Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Update 3 RC (https://www.microsoft.com/pl-PL/download/details.aspx?id=52685)
2) Turn on all .exe in directory where you installed NitroSense
3) Turn on 'appxbundle' type file in directory where you downloaded NitroSense
Done, it worked for me

hope it will work for you
Uninstall Nitrosense
Go to Acer's website and download Nitrosense
Extract folder and run Setup.exe
Run Command prompt as Administrator
type in the following (without the quotation marks): ".\lodctr.exe /R"
Go back to the folder where you extracted Nitrosense
Go into "Nitrosense V3.1" folder
Run APPXBUNDLE file.
