Swift 3 won't turn on

Thanks JackE - well so I didn't know about the system protection enabled thing but it took me through the whole set up stuff and then I just put it to sleep about 2 hours ago and now it won't start up with the power button again - so problem already. Should I do the whole thing again and check the System Protection enabled element - as maybe it already did updates whilst it was sleeping.

Actually now that it is not starting up already despite the possibility that I didn't enable system protection, I should just sent it to them and they will see it won't start.
