    @Lil_Peep >>>This laptop only for linux. Ahahhah >>>

    This is no joke. A valid OEM license number is NOT on the HDD but is embedded on a mainboard chip for OEM factory-installed Windows machines only. If you go to the command prompt and enter "wmic os get serialnumber" without the quotes, the output should be the OEM's Windows license number. If you don't see an OEM Windows OS license number or it is for a LInux OS, then you must purchase a Windows license to properly install and activate Windows on these machines. Jack E/NJ

    If it's a Windows license key you should be OK. If it''s a Linux serial number key, not OK. Jack E/NJ

    Sorry, your laptops appear to be configured differently than laptops with factory-installed Windows. Jack E/NJ

    Yes, you can install Win10! But you must pay Microsoft for a Win10 license fee for it to work fine!!!! The ACER developers cannot help you pay for  a Microsoft Win10 license fee. Jack E/NJ

    @Lil_Peep >>>i have license win10 pro >>>

    Sorry @Lil_Peep . An ACER developer is unlikely to solve your problem because your machine was originally setup to run LINUX so it did NOT have an embedded license on its mainboard to run Win10 properly. So it seems the laptop either has a hardware problem or a non-valid Win10 Pro license. How and where did you acquire the licensed Win10  Pro installation media? Jack E/NJ
