    @Lil_Peep

    (1) ACER hidden partition ***NOT*** restorable

    (2) HDD must be totally re-set and cleaned in GPT-partition NTFS-format for faster boot

    (3) Win10 installation must be done with BIOS in UEFI ***NOT*** Legacy

    (4) Win10 installation USB drive must be GPT-partition FAT32 ***NOT*** MBR-partition FAT32

    You must decide if you want to try to totally re-install Win10 in faster UEFI BIOS or leave it in slower Legacy BIOS.

    I know!!! But did you actually see with your own eyes that fastboot was enabled in UEFI installation!? If yes, then the UEFI installations were faulty on both E5-575 machines possibly because neither the Toshiba nor Seagate HDDs were properly wiped clean & GPT partitioned  NTFS formatted right from the start. They originally came from the factory with Win10 Pro installed in UEFI mode and boot almost instantly in fast boot mode. If they were my E5s and both HDDs check out OK with no other hardware issues, then I would first check msinfo32.exe to see what hardware resources the current Windows installation is actually using. If it seems to be using all as expected, then I'd have no choice but to re-install Win10 with UEFI BIOS on the HDD which has been thoroughly cleaned and GPT-partition NTFS format with diskpart.  Jack E/NJ

    i know that UEFI use FAT32 !!! Iknow how to install UEFI windows 10. Use rufus format usb flash and install iso win 10. Format logical partition and delete them, unite memory, then create two logical partitions or more (Automatically creates two partitions). After that install win 10. That's all

    Does msinfo32.exe show that Windows is properly using all the expected hardware resources? Is all the RAM recognised? Are all the hardware resources operating OK? Jack E/NJ

    @Lil_Peep >>>this laptop was sold with Linux>>>

    Sorry, this laptop doesn't seem to have a valid embedded Windows license. Windows can't be properly activated without this license. Jack E/NJ

    I am sure this is a different thread alltogether but this makes me wornder (keeping your other issue in mind) might be due a bad hard disk drive. Both of these issues correlate with each other and conclude that you might have a bad HDD. I might be wrong as well, if I am, I apologize in advance.
    BElieve in YOUrself.
