Is E a partition on the boot HDD or another physical drive? What are the Toshiba and Seagate model numbers? They should both be GPT partitioned not MBR partitioned. Win10 should be installed in UEFI mode, not legacy BIOS. Jack E/NJ

if it's something else, then it's a breakdown of two laptops at the same time. (this is not realistic)

I do not understand. What is "two load screen"?

    >>>windows work baddest with GPT>>>
BIOS should be in UEFI mode not Legacy mode!!!

Bios 1.27 ) Disable all recovery) TPM enable(i changed this but it's not solution), Legacy mode, Disable Supervisor, Enable First boot menu. Rarely then i use laptop from AC, then turn off and start only battery : settings restore to default (change Legacy to UEFI and others settings to default)

You must try to install Windows in UEFI mode with GPT partitions on the HDD. Please show pictures of BIOS menu Information & Boot tabs. Jack E/NJ

@Lil_Peep BIOS legacy mode is probably why it boots slowly!!!! BIOS should be UEFI mode. The Win10 installation USB must also be GPT (NOT MBR) partition FAT32 format. Your HDD will also be fast in UEFI mode but must be GPT (NOT MBR) partition NTFS format!!!! If this isn't done, boot under BIOS Legacy mode with an MBR partition HDD will be slow. Jack E/NJ

D2D Recovery (ALT + F10) will not working on UEFI/GPT because i delete Acer hidden partion from HDD. I think problem with two load screen not solution. Need restore Acer partion. Then check startup windows
