is it giving you a specific error code or device mngr says it not working properly? Mine just sticks sometimes and it should not..same with win ten as it was outta the bos last year with win 8 , i had a 5 year old acer and it was stellar , now running a 3 year old HP G7 and it works fine . Acer gets a mouse

how do you know its the driver? most new touchpads just suck ...sorry nicest word they dont deserve .

that error code is a registry error code, have not run across it in a while, sorry to hear that your win 10 upgrade is bad i did upgrade an E15 to win 10 from 8.1 and regretted it , now running clean bloatware free 8.1 again . drivers are more polished my machine is faster.

Try a different browser and or go to settings and uncheck.... use hardware acceleration when available thats what its called in slimjet anyway , try that or firefox and see if it fixes the prob . Cheers Matt

Sounds like windows needs the registry fixed ...you can download a free product called ccleaner and click on registry button on left side it will clean it you should be fine after that .

tenhauser that is really odd , was dedicated myself to Mushkin G2 but they gettin harder to find so now im trying Adata sp550 as they 75 plus tax for 240GB and almost as fast . at least swappin the drives saved your situation .

If you still have the stock hdd with your OS intact , wipe the SSD do a clean install of windows via usb rufus or dvd ISO if you have one on unalocated space and see if it works thru that setup then you know your clone is fatucked [highly technical term if there ever was one ].......just thinkin out loud

Ok and cool on that dicision, so how exactly did you clone the drive cuz windows installs happen best on unallocated space creating there own boot partition and then the bios sees them, so now wondering if the drive has hickup from the clone and bios is blind to it.

ok those caddys are dead on actually, maybe look and see if there is a bios update for the laptop that adresses this .im gonna do some other searching too!

I know this sounds simple but are you sure the drive is seated properly I have come across this a few times .

Since version 44 of firefox video calls wont work have not looked into why, goes back to february if not mistaken , just swithched to fastpeak slimjet browser and all is good on that . Win 10 and drivers like posted above are most likely the culprit . Matt

Still watching vids and reading tutorials .... some laptops just wont post with egpu plugged in mpcie or cardslot ..gonna be a spin of the dice when I start mine .Just FYI man .

Any thirdparty software like system monitors tweak this tweak that fix this fix that installed ???

automatic updates for windows and other programs might be happenin too just a thought.
