Like o said I don’t remember if it was this pc that came with win8 (I don’t know how to explain how I’m pretty sure but I’m pretty sure that it didn’t came with windows 7 ) and upgrade to 10 it could happen I don’t remember if it was this pc or the one before this one , but one thing I’m sure, I never touched in the BIOS before . and the first time I went there (when this happen) it was not in legacy , it was on UEFI

I’m not opening the pc I’m very unlucky with that stuff , last time I open one pc the disc never work again 😅 it ok really we can’t say we didn’t try a lot , it didn’t work I’m already talk with a technician Thursday I’m taking the pc to the store and see what happen with it and repair it (I hope) 😂 , once again thank you so
