    J'ai pas d'autre adaptateur acer , si je dois en prendre un , je dois le commander depuis la france et je suis pas en france :) . Je le ferai si c'est la dernière solution .

    Je ne sais pas si vous l'avez essayé, mais devez-vous réinstaller Windows 10 en appuyant sur alt + f10 avant le logo Acer?

    Je pense vraiment qu'il pourrait y avoir un problème avec l'adaptateur secteur ou la batterie. Cependant, avez-vous essayé de mettre à niveau Windows vers la version 1909 pour voir si cela résout le problème?

    Non car quand je mets a jour mon windows , je perds des éléments que je veux pas perdre . mais bon le mieux est que j'aille voir un technicien pour qu'il jette un coup d'oeil à l'adaptateur ou l'ordinateur .

    Rebonsoir . j'utilise le logiciel CPUID HWMonitor , je vous donne 2 captures d’écran. La première est une photo de l'ordi travaillant avec la batterie (non branché) , la deuxième photo , l'ordinateur est en charge . Qu'en pensez vous ?

    Oui toujours rien , par contre avez vous remarqué le "Wear level" , le niveau d'usure de la batterie . les voltages sont ils normal d'aprés votre staff ?

    Ca marche pas :'( . Il faut n'est ce pas :  désactiver le fast boost ? insérer quelque chose dans le petit trou pendant 5 sec et laisser éteint pendant 5 minutes . Puis démarrer l'ordinateur ?

    Oui mon soucis de charge a été résolu mais ça fait déjà un petit moment , je me rappelle plus trop de la procédure . Au moins une chose est sure , le problème vient pas du chargeur . Peut être de fichier système que j'avais ajouté ds le dossier systeme32 ou peut être aussi la mise a jour de windows
