Sadly yor laptop motherboard is not capable of 3200MHZ so it went to 2933 mhz which is its maximum capability..

If you arent able to get into bios please send a picture of your laptop of its current state..

See if the bios settings are like mine... If not make the bios settings like mine and see if it works or not..

Maybe try battery reset or Open the back of your laptop and disconnect the battery and cmos battery for 15 minutes then put battery and cmos battery back to its place and close the cover properly then without turning it on try to charge the laptop and see if it works dont turn it on...
