Its because your GPU is running hotter hence the fan speed is higher to cool the GPU. As long as your laptop is maintaining good temps don't worry about it.

@andalib I have the same model and this is pretty much normal to me. Because the GPU fan has two vents, it doesn't work as hard as the CPU fan. These RPMs can be an indicator to know when you need to clean the vents. If both fans are running at 6122RPM, chances are dust is currently blocking the vents.

I cleaned vent and everything including fan blades with water and warmed them using my hair dryer....

@andalib I mean lower RPMs are fine because those vents are free. Blocked vents make the fans work harder.

@andalib it should be like that so you don't have to worry. You can try using your hand to block the vent near the charger port. The GPU fan will increase a bit but will drop down after you put your hand away.

i think something weird and creepy happened after i clean my pc and test the fans while covers were opened the pc suddenly shutted down and after that i noticed that my gpu fan speed went down for some reason also for some weird reason i got the LCD overdrive option On Both Nitrosense and Predatorsense but my PC model is 60HZ is there any recent bios Update that caused both this Gpu fan rpm problem and LCD overdrive option for 60hz nitro 5 models??? btw i also tested with NBFC and set both cpu and gpu fans to 100% so cpu was able to hit 100% but Gpu hit upto 96.1% i cleaned my pc several times resetted both bios and battery but doesnt fix.....
