be sure the bottom of the laptop is free to intake air, if so and it still shutdown, probably is an issue on the graphic card. i suggest you to contact the Acer support service by phone (if you are still under warranty) or take your laptop to a computer repair shop.

the only thing that can vibrate, apart fans, is the HDD. check if the vibration comes from the bottom of your laptop.

Try to disable secure boot to have better compatibility using an USB drive to install windows. and use an USB flash drive instead of external HDD, sometimes external HDD doesn't work during boot. (if available, use only USB2.0 port to boot)

a clicking HDD and no presence on BIOS is a really bad sign, i think it's dead or has a severe issue. i suspect you would not be able to recover your files so easily. if you have a repair computer shop near you, i strongly suggest you to contact them.

to enter BIOS at boot is "Del" key to enter windows recovery, try to press Alt+F10 keys at boot try to leave the PC without power for 10 minutes, unplug the AC cable and press power button twice, leave it for ten minutes then replug and try to boot it.
