Gracias por tu respuesta, seguí todos tus pasos, desactive el reinicio automático y actualicé los controladores Nvidia e Intel, pero mientras estaba en uso de la pc volvió a ocurrir el pantallazo azul

Si, ayer actualicé a Windows 10 pro 1903 pero nada a cambiado, con un programa en especifico no, pero ocurre cuando estoy usando varios programas a la vez (Chrome, illustrator, etc) o cuando tengo la corriente mucho tiempo conectada y la desconecto.  

Tengo 16 gb de ram y probé con cada memoria idependiente a ver si era alguna ram fallando pero daba igual usando cada ram por separado (solo 8 gb), también quise comprobar si era el ssd , así que lo quité y le había instalado un hdd como prueba pero fue lo mismo, así que se lo volví a colocar, hice un scanner de el procesador con la herramienta de intel pero salio que estaba en perfectas condiciones. a estas alturas solo puedo creer que es software.

Ok, hice todo lo que me pediste paso por paso, primero deshabilite todos los programas de arranque y tambien los servicios (Excluyendo a los de microsoft) e igual me apareció el error 



luego los reanude he desinstale los drivers de la batería, reinicie, y luego tras probar me seguida dando el error

Hola, ya actualicé todos los drivers con la aplicación que me dio, pero lamentablemente el problema aun persiste

Cree ue podria ser algo de la BIOS?
