For instance, when I play a song on using Windows Media Player, the sound is only coming out of the front speakers (and of course the subwoofer). Is there a different media player I can use to get the sound coming out of all speakers?

I found the speaker setup. I chose 5.1. When I tested the speakers they all worked. I played a DVD and it's working correctly. Some audio doesn't come out of all speakers, like when I listen to a radio station online. I guess that depends on the audio source. Thanks for your help.

I can't open the instructions you referred to. I'm getting a "permission denied" error message. When I tried to pair my bluetooth headset to the computer, they will pair and connect, but when I play an audio file, the sound is coming out of my computer speakers, not my headset.
