I just purchased the ATC-605-UB10 desktop and I am trying to find out if my bluetooth headphones are compatible with this model.  They don't seem to be compatible.  Is there a list of compatible headsets I can view?  Thanks

Try the instructions located at http://acer--uk.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26607. Acer uses standard bluetooth protocols and we do not have a listing of compatible devices. You can use the Windows compatibility center to make sure it is compatible. Are you getting any errors, or can you provide specific troubleshooting you have tried, and we may be able to better assist.

I can't open the instructions you referred to.  I'm getting a "permission denied" error message.

When I tried to pair my bluetooth headset to the computer, they will pair and connect, but when I play an audio file, the sound is coming out of my computer speakers, not my headset.

Copy and paste the url into your browser and remove that period at the end of it.

Ok, the link works but like I said in my last post, I'm still not hearing anything on my headset even though it appears to be connected and paired.

If you are still unable to hear anything from your bluetooth headset, you may try contacting the manufacturer of the headset, to see if they have any additonal suggestions.

Once again,I have enabled bluetooth on the computer.  It has given me confirmation that my bluetooth headset has been connected and paired, but the sound still comes out of my computer speakers instead of my headset.  I have explained this a couple times already.

Again, my question is--How do I find out whether my headset is compatible with this computer?

Acer does not test all third party devices such as bluetooth headsets with our hardware, so we can't guarantee compatibility. There are many BT device manufacturers in the market place, with new ones coming out daily, so we are unable to test or guarantee third party hardware compatibility. We do not have a recommendation on a bluetooth headset or a listing of compatible devices. I really recommend you contact the manufacturer of the headset to see if they have any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue.

Ok.  I'll try calling the manufacturer.

    Thanks
