Reset BIOS or UEFI to default settings

How do I reset my BIOS/UEFI to default settings?

Changes to a systems BIOS or UEFI may cause the system to boot abnormally. If you are having trouble booting your system, you may try to reset your BIOS/UEFI settings to default.

Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, or until your system shuts completely down.
Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press F2 for notebooks or Delete for desktops to enter the BIOS.
Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.
