Frame Number on Your Acer eUrban eBike

Where can I find the frame number on my Acer eUrban eBike?

For easy identification, your Acer eUrban eBike is assigned a unique serial number at the time of manufacture, consisting of 10 characters: first two letters, followed by one number, two letters and then five numbers again. This serial number is also known as its frame number, as you can find it engraved on the underside of your e-bike’s frame. See to the photo below for reference.
