Where can I find the serial number barcode and eSIM ICCID of my Acer ebii e-bike?
It is highly recommended to collect and save the barcode with the serial number and eSIM ICCID number of your Acer ebii e-bike. You might need both numbers in the future, for example for on-site service of your e-bike.
This information can be found in the ebii management tab in the ebiiGO app on your smartphone. Follow the steps below to locate and collect the serial number and eSIM ICCID number.
How to collect the serial number barcode of an Acer ebii e-bike
- Make sure that the ebiiGO app is installed in your mobile device and that the setup has been completed. For instructions on how to download and install the ebiiGO app, refer to How to Set Up the Acer ebiiGO App on Your Smart Device.
- Tap on the ebiiGO app in the list of apps on your mobile device to open the app. If necessary, log in with your Acer ID account. For instructions, refer to How to Log In and Out of the Acer ebiiGO App.
- In the ebii dashboard, tap on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner to open the ebiiGO app menu.
- Then tap on ebii management.
- In the ebii management menu, tap on SN QR code.
- The serial number QR code (a) and the serial number (b) of your Acer ebii e-bike will now be displayed.
- Take a screenshot to capture the QR code and serial number.
- Now save the screenshot on your smartphone and/or in the cloud for future reference.
How to collect the eSIM ICCID of an Acer ebii e-bike
- Go to the ebii management menu:
- If you are still on the SN QR code page, tap on the back arrow in the upper left corner to go back to the ebii management menu.
- If you are not in the app (anymore), follow step 1-4 of the How to collect the serial number barcode of an Acer ebii e-bike instructions above.
- In the ebii management menu, tap on eSIM.
- The eSIM number of your Acer ebii e-bike will now be displayed.
- Take a screenshot to capture the eSIM number.
- Now save the screenshot on your smartphone and/or in the cloud for future reference.
