How do I log into or out of the Acer ebiiGO app?
After downloading, installing and setting up the Acer ebiiGO app on your mobile device you remain logged into the app for quick connection to your Acer ebii e-bike. If for any reason, you get logged out of the app and you need to log into the app again, follow the How to log into the ebiiGO app instructions below.
In case you need to sign out of the ebiiGo app, for instance when you need to send in your Acer ebii e-bike for repair, follow the How to log out of the ebiiGO app instructions below.
Note: After you have logged out of the app and you want to start using the ebiiGO app again, you will also need to log into the app again.
How to log into the ebiiGO app
- Make sure that the ebiiGO app is installed in your mobile device and that the setup has been completed. For instructions on how to download and install the ebiiGO app, refer to How to Set Up the Acer ebiiGO App on Your Smart Device.
- Tap on the ebiiGO icon in the list of apps on your mobile device to open the app.
- Tap on the Login button.
- Enter your email address in the corresponding field.
- Enter your password in the corresponding field.
- Tap on the Sign In button.
- The ebiiGO app will open and display the dashboard.
Note: You will remain logged into the ebiiGO app.
How to log out of the ebiiGO app
- Tap on the ebiiGO app in the list of apps on your mobile device to open the app.
- In the ebii dashboard, tap on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner to open the ebiiGO app menu.
- Tap on Sign out.
- Then tap on the Okay button to sign out of the app.
