How can I get the Acer ebiiGO installed on my smart device and connected to my Acer ebii e-bike?
The Acer ebiiGO app makes managing your Acer ebii e-bike experience easy and convenient. Track rides, monitor battery status, adjust settings from your smartphone and access all the features made for better e-bike rides.
Before you can use the Acer ebiiGO app, you need to:
- Download and install the Acer ebiiGO app.
- Have the Acer ebiiGO app analyze your riding habits.
- Create an Acer ID account.
- Activate your Acer ebiiGO app account.
- Pair the Acer ebiiGO app with your Acer ebii e-bike.
For instructions on how to set up the Acer ebiiGO app on your smart device, follow the steps below.
1) Download and install the Acer ebiiGO app
- Open the Google Play Store on your mobile Android device and search for ebiiGO.
- In the list of search results, tap on ebiiGO.
- Tap on the Install button to install the app on your mobile device.
- Once the installation is finished, the ebiiGO app icon appears in the list of apps on your mobile device.
2) Have the ebiiGO app analyze your riding habits
- Tap on the ebiiGO app in the list of apps on your mobile device to open the app.
- Tap on New user.
- Tap on Start and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the analysis of your riding habits. The results will be used as the default electrical power assistance settings for your ebii.
- When the analysis is done, continue the registration process by tapping on Registration. You are forwarded to the Acer website to create an Acer ID account.
3) Create an Acer ID account
- On the Acer ID account creation page, enter the following personal details in the corresponding fields:
- Email
- Password
- Confirm New Password
- Scroll down and continue by entering and select the following personal details in the corresponding fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Region/Country
- Language
- Execute the reCAPTCHA authentication test to confirm you are not a robot.
- Check the I have read and agree to the terms of Acer’s the Privacy Policy box. If you do not check it, the registration process cannot continue.
- Uncheck the I agree to receive news and offers from Acer box, if desired.
- Then tap on the Sign Up button to create your Acer account. An email containing a six-digit verification code will be sent to you.
4) Activate your Acer ebiiGO app account
- Go to the activation email you received and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Go back to the ebiiGO app and paste the six-digit code in the indicated field.
- Tap on Submit to verify your Acer account.
- You will now be taken to the ebiiGO app Dashboard.
5) Pair the Acer ebiiGO app with your Acer ebii e-bike
