<main> <article class="userContent"> <p>You can customize how your search displays and indexes the search results by changing your search permissions. The Search permission page has various functions such as SafeSearch, cloud content search, and history. These settings offer various functions, such as customizing search content results, syncing your search history with different accounts, and choosing whether Windows will save your search history.</p><h2 data-id="safesearch"><strong>SafeSearch </strong></h2><p>Safe search allows you to keep adult content out of the web previews of your search. Instead of showing the content, it will display a button that says <strong>See web results</strong>. Clicking this box will open the content in your web browser.</p><ol><li>Click on <strong>Start ⊞</strong> and select <strong>Settings ⚙.</strong></li><li>Click on <strong>Privacy & security </strong>and then select <strong>Search permissions</strong>.</li><li>Under <strong>SafeSearch</strong>, select your preference:<ul><li><strong>Moderate - </strong>Filter image and video but not text, and will default to your Bing.com Settings page.</li><li><strong>Strict - </strong>Filter all results, including image, video, and text, and will override any setting on your Bing.com Settings page.</li><li><strong>Off -</strong> Turn off Safesearch.
