Error message “windows could not parse or process the unattend answer file for pass” appears after reloading the operating system

How do I fix the error message "windows could not parse"?

Notebooks with Windows 10S or Windows 10 Home in S mode may encounter a problem when reloading the operating system. You can temporarily change settings in your CMOS Setup to resolve the issue.

Power on the notebook and immediately press F2 to enter the CMOS setup.
Select the Security tab.
Create a supervisor password
Select the Boot tab
Change Secure boot to disabled.
Press F10 to save your changes and exit the CMOS setup.
Power on the notebook again and immediately press F2 to enter the CMOS setup (login with the supervisor PW).
Select the Security tab.
Clear TPM. If the unit asks you to confirm if you wish to clear the TPM, click Yes.

You should now be able to install the operating system without errors. Once the operating system is installed, enable secure boot in the CMOS then clear the supervisor password.
