Acer Official Service Centre would charge you a small fee to unlock it. That doesn't require changing motherboard. Contact them and tell the issue that was created by them itself. The bios reset by shorting the jumpers is not working. May be the password can stay intact even though we reset bios. There must be a official way to unlock since I'm the owner of laptop.
I don't want my laptop's motherboard to be replaced just for the reason of removing password.

I have get it replaced by service centre. The problem exists in the new touchpad also. Either all the touchpad are faulty or there is a software issue.
Incase of faulty hardware, Acer needs to fix it and recall this laptop.

Does the touch issue happens immediately after you turn on laptop?
When the issue occured, is it working normal if you close the lid and open again and if you turn off the touch pad and turn on again?
Try this, When issue occured, remove charging and restart the laptop and check if the issues comes or not.
