Hi,
You could try upgrading to newer Windows version(1909) using Windows Update Assistant, it could be a hardware issue as well, a bad Touchpad or a loose connection of the cable, if that's the case, you have to send it for a service to get it fixed.

I'm already with the latest windows version.
Before I got this Laptop, I had same one which I ordered first. But it had a dead pixel issue, so I replaced that with a new one.
And both the same model laptops has this touch pad issue. So, what I think is, there is either driver issue or hardware failure for some units. Because I asked some other users and they had no issue.

sdzshn3 if you already tried everything and feel its a hardware issue i suggest you to contact acer support directly to send it back to get it checked

I just discovered when is this issue coming..
It starts to lag when I connect my laptop to power and also only when battery is nearly full or full (85%+).
After i remove charger, then i either need to wait for a while to i just need to close the Lid and open again to make it work normally. Then, as long as i don't connect laptop to charger, it works normal.

I just found when it is happening. But why is it happening like that?

Things to note: I'm using the adapter which came with laptop and my house have proper grounding. There might be many factors related to electricity, But I don't know about them.

Occasionally, issue is coming even when laptop is not plugged in. This is very irritating issue. I have created a new case regarding this. Thank you all.

Service centre guy came and installed a new touch pad.
And this touch pad worked fine 3 days. Then the issue started again. I'm very irritated with this Laptop..
Touchpad is the main thing which we interact and that only has the issue.

Don't acer check before making a product?
Or if the issue lies in software, are they lazy to solve this?

I have already installed that version drivers and also checked that existing version is same. 
And I have also updated BIOS a month ago. current version is 1.04 (There is another story with BIOS update. After installing BIOS update, It is asking for password which i had never set. When service guy came, I told him to remove password. He tried to reset BIOS by shorting. But he failed. Laptop still asks password for entering into BIOS. He said changing mother board would be the solution..  There is a reason why it is showing a 10 digit checksum key after entering wrong password 3 times. It is for unlocking by authorized people. But no guy seems to use official method.)

It doesn't always exists. Sometimes work normally.
When issue came, it behaves like:

Assume you said 5 works to someone and that person started to respond after 10 mins.
So, your last 5th will also done 10 mins later.

Now real explanation.
I placed my finger on touchpad and started to move the finger. But the mouse pointer on screen starts to move ⅓ sec or ½ sec later.
That also means, pointer stops moving ½ sec or ⅓ sec after i stop moving my finger.

It simply doesn't catch my finger response. Pointer is being delayed.

This is not the motion setting/ touchpad sensitivity issue. Problem exists with every motion level.

Issue could be in manufacturing of mouse pads or some other components. Or software issue.

Can you try doing a clean install using Microsoft's ISO? Backup the current image first to external hard drive. No need to delete the contents of other internal HDD. Do the process without internet. Use Microsoft's Media Creation tool to create an ISO.

I have already done the clean install as someone has said it in this thread. Even this didn't work.

Nope. "frozen" as password didn't work.

Can i comment the 10 digit key here so that someone can tell what's the password set.

The bios reset by shorting the jumpers is not working. May be the password can stay intact even though we reset bios. There must be a official way to unlock since I'm the owner of laptop.
I don't want my laptop's motherboard to be replaced just for the reason of removing password.

I would like to know if you are using version 1909 of windows 10, because version 1.04, corrects something related to version 19h2 of windows. Maybe the problem with the password is related to your version of windows?

Perhaps the bios downgrade can solve the problem with the password. However, it is not allowed to post this method in the community.
