    Hi,
Go to Control panel, click Hardware and sound, click Sound and see whether the Headphone is shown under Playback tab, go to Device manager, check the version of Realtek Audio driver, post the snip of it.

    Hi,
Mine also doesn't show Headphones under Playback but headphones working without any issues, go to start and check whether Waves Max Audio is turned on.
EDIT: There's a solution by @liuzhaobang in this thread, I am not sure whether it will help you but worth a try as it has helped others as well :https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/543437/headphone-jack-not-working-new-acer-swift-3-laptop

    1. Connect Earphones and click yes to pop up
    2. Go to Realtek audio console from the apps list
    3. Go to Device advanced settings
    4. Connector retasking analog
    5. changed it from headphones to speakers then again speakers to headphones

try it... this method working for me.. but each time you will have to follow the same method after unplugging headphones

For me, unisntalling the RealTek Audio Console worked like a charm.
